The sets will only be set up on even and flat surfaces, under shaded/cover areas, away from bodies of water. Please let us know of any restrictions such as stairs, alleys, street parking or no parking, etc, so we can plan accordingly.
We understand Texas has wild weather and for this reason we recommend you have two options for setting up, indoor and outdoor.
We will not set up if there is any chance of rain or if it is windy. Please consider this and plan accordingly.
We do not set up under these conditions because the area can be dangerous for children to play on and under such weather.
Yes, each rental has a delivery/travel fee based on location.
We will offer discounts to returning customers, we also plan on running discounts on certain dates.
All of the setups are currently rented for 4 hours, you can add additional time for $50 per hour. Please notify of additional time 7 days prior to the event, last minute will be considered under the teams discretion and an additional fee might be added.
We understand life happens, trust us, we know!
For this reason, we will be willing to work with you on rescheduling for a different date within a year of the original booking. Just let us know ahead of time.
If a cancellation must be done without rescheduling, it must be submitted a minimum of 7 days prior to the event. At this point, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Last minute cancellations will be subject to non-refundable deposit plus additional fees at our discretion. If you fail to inform us about the cancellation, you forfeit the scheduling portion as well as the deposit and additional fees also at our discretion.
You can inquire about changing your package, but it will depend on availability.
You can inquire about changes such as the bubble’s color, slide, and rearrangement of the setup of your current package.
You can also ask about add ons, but it will also be subject to availability.
