Terms and Conditions
Safety Rules
- Play areas are designed for children under 5 years ONLY;
- NO food, drinks, sweets, or gum allowed in play area;
- NO Running in play area;
- NO diving or throwing balls out of bubble pool;
- NO equipment should be removed from within play area;
- NO uneven size difference of players;
- NO shoving, pushing, wrestling, piling or rough play in play area;
- NO paint stain/ mess-prone (i.e., glitter, slime, messy arty, temporary tattoos, face paint, etc.) are not allowed in soft play areas;
- NO more that the recommended amount of players on unit at any time;
- DO NOT enter if you are pregnant or have physical problems;
- All sharp objects must be removed before play (including pens, pencils, jewelry, knives, eyeglasses, bling on pockets etc);
- Equipment is to remain dry at all times and cannot be wet in any manner to avoid mold;
- Equipment must be set up under a covered area and on an even surface (concrete, even lawns, wood or carpet ONLY);
- The use of a tent will be allowed and can be rented along with this equipment if needed.
The Set Up
- Equipment will only be set up under shaded/covered areas;
- Equipment must be set up on even surfaces (concrete, even lawns, wood or carpet ONLY);
- Equipment will need to be away from swimming pools, water games, fountains, or any body of water;
- Equipment will not be set up outdoors if there is any chance of rain, please have a designated indoor space as an alternative;
- Please plan accordingly;
- On the day of the event, we will need the responsible party to inspect the set up and equipment along with us, an addendum with the safety rules will also need to be signed by both parties upon completion of inspection.
Before, During, & After You Book
- Party With Grace & Co. does enter into contracts with you (the lessee). Please, please make sure you read the contract before you sign;
- While you are making the selection, be sure to read the descriptions, ask us questions, and understand our terms and condition;
- A 50% retainer, and a refundable deposit is required to book a date, again read the contract to learn how you can recover your full deposit;
- Full payment must be made fourteen (14) days prior to the event date;
- Cancellations need to be made seven (7) days prior to the event;
- On the day of the event, please sign the addendum;
- Enjoy the party, take care of our equipment, and;
